Returns Policy
We do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us promptly with your concern and we will quickly assess if an exchange, refund, or return is necessary. The request must be made within 30 days from the date it was delivered. We take pride in personal customer service so each instance will be considered individually.

Shipping
When you place an order, please select the appropriate type of mail service you require.
Orders will be processed and shipped at least once a week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for handling. This applies to all products unless otherwise listed in the product details.
We only ship to areas that have reliable postal systems. If your area is not on the list, please send us an email to discuss it with us.
International orders have a shipping schedule all their own and all books in such orders are handled by other parties --- Amazon, etc. 
We are not responsible for extra fees and/or taxes that your country may incur on your package.
